For those purchasing tickets on site, please note that only major debit cards are accepted. Cash or debit cards are not accepted.
What are the ticket prices?
2 years or younger: Free
Older than 2 years: $28.50 per ticket
Do I have to buy a ticket for an adult that is not participating in the activities?
Yes, any attendee over the age of 2 years entering the event must purchase a ticket. The event is designed to be interactive for attendees of all ages. Adults, children and seniors are encouraged to participate in each of the activities. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
I purchased tickets and can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
All purchases are final and refunds are not offered. If you find someone else who would like to use the tickets, they will be able to use them regardless of the name listed on the tickets, as long as the barcode is valid. In the unlikely event a show is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, show management will make every effort to reschedule the event within the next 12 months. At that time, if a purchaser cannot or does not wish to attend the rescheduled event, the full ticket price (excluding tax and ticketing fees) will be refunded to the customer upon their request.
There are multiple sessions over the weekend. What is the difference between each session?
Each of the session offers the same play areas – there are no differences between the sessions beside start time and end time. Multiple sessions are offered to accommodate varying schedules and to ensure LEGO® Fans have the best experience possible.
Is my ticket good for only one session or the whole weekend?
The ticket you purchase online is valid only for the date/time you purchase it for. For example, if you choose Saturday at 9:00am – 1:00pm for your tickets, you can arrive any time after 9:00am but you must leave by 1:00pm. At this time, the event will close in order to clean and reset the event for the next session. If you would like to attend multiple sessions, you will need a purchased ticket for each session.
What if I want to attend multiple sessions? Is there an all-day pass?
Each session is the same price and the same activities are available to participate in. There is no all-day pass for purchase. If you would like to attend multiple sessions, you will need a purchased ticket for each session.
How are the sessions structured? Do I have to come at the start of my ticketed session? Can I leave early?
Attendees may arrive and leave any time within their ticketed session, but their ticket only allows for entrance during the hours of the specified session. We recommend you arrive 30 minutes prior to start time.
Is re-entry permitted during my session?
Yes. If you decide to leave LEGO® Imagine Nation Tour, you will be allowed to re-enter, but only during your ticketed session. Both hand stamps and your ticket must be presented to verify admission.
Will I need to wait in line to enter the show even though I’ve purchased my tickets online in advance?
